Scarlet Hair Extensions - Shipping & Exchanges



We ship worldwide although free shipping is only for US orders. Postage for foreign orders and Express Shipping will be calculated after items are added to your cart. When you order from Scarlet Hair Extensions your credit card will be charged immediately.
Most orders ship the same business day if the order is received by 12 noon PST.  We ship U.S. Postal Priority or Express or US Global Priority or Express Mail. UPS overnight only if orders are placed by 3pm PST.  We offer FREE USPS Priority Shipping in the Continental United States on orders over $99.  We feel that this policy, along with our already low prices, guarantees you the best value anywhere on the Internet.
We want you to have a great shopping experience and want to help if you are not satisfied. In the event that you are not happy with an item, you may return it for an exchange.  Any item returned for exchanged must be returned within 7 days of receipt.   All exchange items must be returned unopened in their original packaging.  
All exchanges incur a 5% restocking fee to help offset the additional shipping involved.
We do not offer any refunds. No exceptions.  If you need to return an item for is how it works..
  • Email us to inform of us your desire to exchange the item.
  • Purchase the new item you want.
  • Return the exchange item (along with a copy of your can get one from your original confirmation email if needed)
  • We will refund the original item less the shipping cost less a 5% retocking fee.  This essentially covers the cost of the additional shipping involved.
Shipping costs back to Scarlet Hair Extensons are the responsibility of the customer. Requests for exchanges must be received within 7 days of receipt your items. Any items damaged during return shipment are non-returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchange items will incur the 5% restocking fee.  This helps off-set our costs of re-shipping.
Due to important federal laws, health regulations, and for your safety, we cannot accept the return of used hair. This includes hair that has been untied, brushed, picked out, washed, and tried on. All tags and ties must be attached and in its original packaging. To make sure you are satisfied with the product, we highly recommend you thoroughly inspect the hair without removing the ties and tags.
Exchange Requirements
  • You must make an exchange request by email within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Item must be in original condition. Original condition means the item is unaltered, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unused, with tags and ties still attached and in it's original packaging.
  • All exchange items are subject to inspection before a product is exchanged.
  • Shipping is non refundable. You are responsible for shipping, unless we sent you an item in error.

PLEASE NOTE:  When a credit is put back to your credit card for an exchange item, it can sometimes take a couple of days for the credit card companies to process the credit.  This delay varies from one credit card compnay to the next and is completely out of our hands.  
Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by Scarlet Hair Extensons . No unsuitable returns accepted. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense. If merchandise unsuitable for restocking is sent to us, we will contact you. It will be held for 7 days pending the customer’s payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item (s) they will be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.
